GEAMA presented a new free hydrological simulation tool that combines accuracy, realism and efficiency for water analysis and management in urban and rural environments.
The new tool, IberGis, has been developed within the framework of the DRAIN project (DRAIN Digital RAIN, an integrated urban drainage model. CPP2021-008756, funded by MICIU/AEI/10.13039/501100011033 and the European Union through NextGenerationEU/PRTR).
The public presentation of IberGis was held at CITIC and E.T.S.E.C.C.P and brought together more than 60 professionals from the sector, from companies and public administrations related to water management. The presentation addressed real-life cases of application and explained the current capabilities of the tool, as well as the possibilities for future expansion.
