Andrés Figuero Pérez, member of the Geama Group, has received the second award «Modesto Vigueras 2021» by the Asociación Técnica de Puertos y Costas (ATPYC) for the work entitled «Development of predictive tools for decision-making in port operations. Application to the Port of A Coruña».
The work deals with the methodology and development of predictive models, both of the behaviour of the berthed vessel and of the phenomenon of overrunning, adapted to the characteristics of the Outer Port of A Coruña, for their implementation as tools to aid decision-making in port management.
